Obituary of Russell H. Patrick

Russell H. Patrick, a resident of Norwalk, passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2009 at Norwalk Hospital after a brief illness. Born in 1942 in Stamford, he was the son of Elizabeth Hills Patrick of Madison, CT and the late William H. Patrick. He was 66.
Russ was raised in Darien, CT and graduated from Darien High School in 1960 and the University of Connecticut in 1964. He was Town Planner in Wilton, CT for 20 years. Russ was an avid boater, a 25-year member of the Rowayton Power Squadron and an active member of the Pastime Club in Norwalk.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife of 42 years, Pam Patrick; his sister and brother-in-law Dianne and Bruce Pentland and nephew William Pentland of Guilford, CT.
A Memorial Service will be held at Noroton Presbyterian Chapel, 2011 Post Road, Darien on Friday, February 6, 2009 at 12:00 PM. A private interment will be held at Spring Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Mid-Fairfield Hospice, 180 School Road, P. O. Box 489, Wilton, CT 06897.
