Dear Becki, Rick and Anne-Lise, We are sending our heartfelt sympathies to you and your families. There are so many fond and lasting memories we have of your mom and you, as children. As we read her “amazing history” so many instances of her brilliance, kindness, thoughtfulness and humor came to mind. We have always maintained a special place in our heart for the kindness you all bestowed on Lillian while she was a part of your family. She loved all of you very much and delighted in the years spent watching you all grow. Many fond memories of POW visits always made Lil smile! Our daughter, Lisa, let us know of your mom’s passing, we’ve been in FL. We will be in town later this week and will see you at St. Luke’s. God bless your mom, she was a very special person and inspiration to many. Claire and Bill
