There are no words that can adequately express the sadness I feel as I sit here writing. Sal had such a profound influence on all aspects of my life. He was a co-worker, friend, mentor, advisor and the big brother I never had. Without him I would never be me. Rest well, my dear friend, until we meet again, in the meantime my memories of our time together will live on with me forever.

We have lost a great leader. Sal was intensely dedicated and supportive of his staff, family and friends and sincerely hospitable to all that were fortunate to have met and worked with him. Marion and Sal were such a joy to be with. My condolences. Margo (Miller) Espinosa

My late wife, Carol, and I were blessed when Sal and Marion became our neighbors in Newport, RI. We were immediately welcomed into their large, friendly and considerably warm family. Carol and I loved Sal's little jokes, sly comments , dry wit and his smile. He loaned me countless books to read that I consumed during the summers. I will miss him as everyone will who knew him. My sincerest condolences to his wonderful family. Allan Hodges

Sal was an extraordinary man, with a huge heart and a larger than life personality. He had a great laugh, which was infectious and something I will always remember. At business functions or Sal and Marion’s many parties, he would work the room better than anyone I have ever known. Sal loved his family dearly and was also a great friend to countless others. I am happy Sal is no longer suffering, but my heart breaks for the loving family left behind. I hope that their many wonderful memories will sustain them, as I hope mine do. You will always be in my prayers. Jodi Labukas
