She worked as the office administrator for John J. Flynn Consulting Engineers in Rowayton, CT. She lived in Pound Ridge, NY, for 30 years before moving to Rowayton, where she and her husband have lived for the past 20 years. She had many cherished and dear friends, whom she affectionately and truly considered her sisters. Among those, the ladies of her bridge and book group, for whom she would spend hours preparing to host and enjoy their company and friendship in her home.
