Obituary of Audrey Carolyn Clegg

Audrey Carolyn Clegg, a long time Stamford resident and a graduate of Stamford High School, class of 1933, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2015 at Regency Heights in Stamford. Born on May 20, 1916 in Stamford, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Miller and Florence Tures Miller. She was 99. Audrey is survived by her son, Arthur T. Clegg and his wife, Midge, of Stamford and two grandchildren, James Clegg and Heather Clegg both of Stamford. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter T. Clegg in 1989 and her brother Ronald A. Miller. The family will receive friends at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Post Road, Darien on Thursday, December 17, 2015 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. A Graveside Service will be held at Spring Grove Cemetery, 41 Hecker Avenue, Darien on Friday, December 18, 2015 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Carol Bloom from the United Methodist Church in Springdale.
