Obituary of Mary M. Quigley

Mary M. Quigley, 85, a long time resident of New Canaan passed away on November 23, 2006 in Charlotte, NC. She was born on January 27, 1921 in Glasgow, Scotland daughter of the late John and Margaret MacArthur.
Mary moved to New York City in 1931, and 10 years later in 1941 she met and married the late David W. Quigley. She will be remembered for her wit, intellect and sense of humor and she will be missed for all the days of our lives.
She is survived by her four sons Robert, Brian, David, and Curtis Quigley, and her seven loving grandchildren James, David Jr, Brian Jr, Michael, Katie, Jack, and Kyle Quigley.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St John R.C. Church in Noroton, on Wed. Nov. 29, 2006 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at St John R.C. Cemetery in Darien. Edward Lawrence Funeral Home 2119 Post Road Darien is handling the funeral arrangements.
