Obituary of Dorothy May Trzcinski

Dorothy May Trzcinski, a resident of Darien, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Regency Heights of Stamford. Born September 1, 1920 in Stamford, she was the daughter of the late Robert Syndey and Marion Denius Anthony. She was 94 years of age. Dorothy was in the first graduating class of the then new Stamford High School in 1938. She worked for the Darien School System and CBT. Dorothy was a member of the First Congregational Church of Darien and also loved sun bathing, swimming and boating at Pear Tree Point. Dorothy is survived by her son, Roy Trzcinski of Minnesota; her daughter, Rhonda Jean of Anchorage, AK and one grandchild. She is also survived by her brother Robert S. Anthony, Jr. of Clinton, CT and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband in 2003, Stanley Trzcinski; two sisters, Muriel Lewis and Jeanne Gottlieb.
