I haven't seen Lynn for many years but have many fond memories of the times we came for dinners at your home in Darien, Ct. with our two girls, Heather and Jaime, who have children of their own now. Dear Wheeler, Scott, Craig, and Families: We are greatly saddened by the news of Lynne's death. It has been a long time since we have heard from her, but we were always grateful when we received her Christmas greeting. It told us that she was well and very happy to share photos of her grandchildren. Lynne and her family were very good to us years ago when the Biborosch family took my mother, dad, and myself into their home for a year after my dad had some financial problems that caused our family to split up until he got on his feet financially again. I loved that family and do to this day. I am so happy to have had the kids as cousins. We were a close family back then, but have gone our separate ways over the years. Our hearts go out to you all. Lynne loved you all so much. We are sorry to be so far away making it difficult to be at the service. God bless you all. With love, Lynne's cousin, Jean and husband Chuck Yrigoyen.

Dear Powell Family, I have many happy memories of your family while you boys were growing up in Darien. I remember curling with your parents too! Both of your parents were such outstanding people and I admired and respected them both. I used to see Lynne in town once in awhile in New Canaan and always enjoyed catching up with her. Dear Powell Family, I had the pleasure of knowing Lynne and Charlie for most of my life. Some of my favorite curling memories are the Tuesday nights I spent curling with Lynne, Susie Sickinger and Anne Barnes. We had so much fun together. I will miss Lynne's sense of humor, her laugh and love of life. I am so sorry I can't attend the calling hours or memorial service so I can tell you in person how much I loved your mom.
