Liz Lane and Family posted a condolence
Saturday, October 20, 2018
Dear Scott, Tim and family, Carol and I worked together at CLC for eight years some time ago, when she still directed the Day Care program. I always enjoyed talking and working with her, and have remembered her fondly often since I left in 2007. We still have a drum set we bought from her in our basement. It has provided me and my family much joy over the years. My oldest son named his build-a-bear after her when he was little. I have always held her in high regard as one of my favorite coworkers in my career. I am sad I only learned of her passing today, and not in a more timely manner so I could pay my respects in person. She will live on in hearts and minds everywhere, as she has in mine before, and after her passing. Fondly, Liz Lane

Our condolences to the family from ex-Donnelly Drive neighbors of the Armstrong clan, Mike and Suzan Kinslow. We both grew up with the Armstrong as next door buddies and are very sad to hear of Carol's passing. Although neither I nor my brother have seen Carol in many years, we both remember her fondly as a school chum of Mikes, and as a babysitter of mine.
