Obituary of Carolyn Bell Ferravante

Carolyn Bell Ferravante, a resident of Monroe and a former resident of Stamford, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2018 in Monroe. Born on November 7, 1930 in Stamford, she was the daughter of the late Clinton H. and Ruth (Blaisdell) Bell. She was 87 years of age. Carolyn worked for Pitney Bowes and was an avid reader. She is survived by her son, James and his wife, Barbara, Ferravante of Newtown, CT and her daughter, Pamela and her husband, Salvatore, Raffaele of Shelton, CT; and two grandchildren, Sal and his wife Amanda, Raffaele and Ricky Raffaele. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Roger Ferravante in 2009. The family will receive friends at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Post Road, Darien on Monday, February 26, 2018 from 10:30 to 11:30 AM. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:30 AM at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, Darien.
