Shirley A. Harrison, a 57 year resident of Norwalk, passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Cassena Care at Stamford. Born July 16, 1930 in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Elsie (Clark) Allan. She was 87.
Shirley was a teacher with the Norwalk Public Schools for 34 years. While growing up, she as a great all-round athlete.
She is survived by her son, Thomas A. Harrison of Bridgeport and two grandsons, Matthew and Christopher Harrison of Norwalk. She was predeceased by her husband, Howard and daughter, Ann Harrison.
The family will have a private memorial service and burial at Spring Grove Cemetery in Darien. www.lawrencefuneralhome.com
