Obituary of Jose Ricardo Ibanez

Jose Ricardo Ibanez, a resident of Stamford, passed away on Sunday, April 1, 2018 at Stamford Hospital. Born on June 22, 1935 in Argentina, he was the son of the late Victorio and Josefina (Rista) Ibanez. He was 82. He worked for GA Cleaning Services as a maintenance man.
Jose is survived by his wife, Aidee (Peralta) Ibanez and four children, Grace and her husband Anthony Imbrogno of Stamford; Walter and his wife Blanca Ibanez of Norwalk; Dante and his wife Raquel Ibanez of Stamford; Edith and her husband Piotr Filanowski also of Stamford; and 10 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother Victor Ibanez of Argentina, many nieces and nephews and extended family in Argentina. He was predeceased by one brother.
The family will receive friends at the St. Johns Episcopal Church, 628 Main Street, Stamford on Thursday, April 5, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. A Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 PM at St. Johns Episcopal Church. Burial will follow at Fairfield Memorial Park in Stamford. www.lawrencefuneralhome.com
