Obituary of Annebet Van Munching

Annebet Van Munching of Darien, Connecticut passed away on Wednesday July 5th, 2017. She was 26 years old. Born in Norwalk and raised in Darien, Annebet, graduated from Darien High School in 2009. She went on to receive a degree in Fine Arts from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. A talented photographer and ceramics artist, Annebet was an aspiring creative mind. In addition to her visionary side, she was an avid skier and hiker who loved the outdoors and had a fearless sense of adventure. A strong advocate for giving back, Annebet always made sure to donate to different charities throughout the year - her compassion and kind spirit was something to be admired. Additionally, Annebet will be remembered for her beauty, thoughtfulness, intelligence and incredible wit. Annebet is survived by her parents, Pieter Van Munching of Darien and Elizabeth Van Munching of Rowayton, as well as siblings Brennan and Maximilian. A funeral mass will take place on Thursday, July 13th at 10:30 am at St. Johns Church, located at 1986 Post Road in Darien, CT.
