I will miss Jeanne very much. Even though I have not seen her or the family much since I moved to New Hampshire you are all always in my thoughts.
Jeanne was a wonderful, loving, caring, gracious lady. I have such fond memories of her and the family at all the picnics and holiday gatherings.
I cherish the memories I have when I helped her with the Daycare and there are so many. A few that stand are our Beach Days at Pear Tree Point, but there was particular day that stands out. We were all packed in the cars and ready to go , kids in the car and when I went to close my van side door it fell off. Jeanne remained calm and we unloaded everything and everyone and made a special picnic, Grammy's Beach Day in her backyard. I think we had more fun than actually going to the beach. Another one was a day we took all the kids to The Stamford Museum and Nature Center and spent all day. Upon leaving a goat followed us all back to the car and got in the car and would not come out. Finally we enticed him with some leftover crackers. I can still hear the laughter from all the children and Jeanne and myself. There are so many more memories I cherish that I need to write a book. I love you Jeanne and will always have the memories.
My Condolences and love to all the family. I wanted to be there for the services by mother-nature had different plans.
