Leslie, I have many memories of your mother going back to my childhood. As an adult, I enjoyed our conversations and regret that I never had the opportunity to visit. I will miss her and think of her whenever I pass a White Castle! Take care, Leslie. I am so sorry for your loss. Sending love, Susan Heis

Dear Leslie,
Seeing your mom at Trader Joe's was always the highlight of my day. She always had a smile on her face and her laughter filled the store. So many memories, one that stands out, when we gave her the fake tattoo sleeve, she wore it proudly even though it was 3 times the size of her arm! Always dressed to perfection!
I will forever cherish the moments spent with your precious mother.
My deepest sympathy to you and your family,
May Stroffolino

“Aunt Jayne” has been a part of my life for 75 years, as my mother’s best friend. I am so grateful to have been blessed with this precious lady as my cherished friend also. Her wonderful laugh and kind words will be echoing in my ears always. I am so grateful for the visits we have had together and the calls we shared each month. Her beautiful cards will continue to be used as my bookmarks. I remember my mom saying “that’s a Jayne card” as she would select one to send Aunt Jayne that had violets, or hydrangeas in a bouquet, or something with a teddy bear. Oh, the flood of memories as I remember our chats and the years she loved my parents, Dee and Ned Heinzerling. They are together again, young as always and having a long awaited reunion and I am grateful.
Leslie, my heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your wonderful Mom and very best friend. You were the finest daughter and your Mom loved you dearly.

Dear Leslie,
Dennis and I are so very sorry to hear of your Mothers passing. Dennis mentioned that he never knew that she was down at Ground Zero serving lunches for the first responders. Wouldn't it have been such a small world if she served him when he was there. We will miss her dearly.
