Dearest Mark, Sarah, Andy, and Becky-
We were so shocked and saddened to hear about Mary's passing last month. Our love and sincere condolences go out to each of you! Even though it has been many years since we were last with Mary, her amazing faith and service to the Lord, her fun-loving and playful spirit, and her friendship and encouragement will always be a gift we will cherish!
I have so many fond and funny memories of Mary when she volunteered as a Leader with our Middle school ministry at the SHAC---there was never a dull moment with Mary--she was a "real character" in the best sense of the word!. Our world certainly needs more of the optimism, joy, and the faith-filled servant's heart that she embodied. The world lost her far too soon.
May God hold you all close at this time. May His Everlasting Arms support you. And may His love, grace, and mercy provide the Peace that passes all understanding at this difficult time. As we mourn Mary's loss, we also rejoice that she is in the presence of her Everlasting Savior hearing those powerful words, "Well done, good and faithful Servant!"
With all our Love and Prayers,
Mark and DJ

I have so many memories of my friend, Mary: her warm smile, her hearty laugh, her hospitality, her instant full attention when you spoke to her, her choice to be positive, her friendship, her wisdom, her love for Jesus, and more. One memory I will always treasure was when she brought dinner to me shortly after the birth of my first child. She brought a turkey stew with bagel chips for dipping. At the time, she told me that she "wasn't very good at bringing dinner," but I almost cried. I told her that my plan for dinner had been a bag of pretzels. She laughed, said my new daughter was beautiful and quite alert. She was a more experienced mom who was kind to me from the moment I met her. I miss her.

Mark, having lost my own wife, I feel your pain. Mary was one of the kindest, gentlest, strongest, Women I have ever known. She was so kind to my wife Doreen and I can’t tell you how much she will be missed by so many people. I was thrilled to see her one last time at Rod and Katy‘s. My deepest sympathies to you and your family. Michael LeMoult.
