Obituary of William O'Brien

William O’Brien, 82, formerly of Stamford Connecticut, was called home to his Savior Thanksgiving morning, November 26, 2020 at Autumn Lakes Healthcare of Norwalk. Born December 8, 1937, Billy was the apple of his mother’s eye. In his younger days he would most frequently be found at the Glenbrook Volunteer Firehouse, visiting with local shop owners, or doing yard work for neighbors. Billy was predeceased by his parents, William J. O’Brien, and Frederica Zarth O’Brien and two sisters, Ellen Pavelka and Alice M. Walter. He is survived by a niece and nephew, Carole Lexa of Ansonia, and Robert Walter of Milford and four grandnephews. A private family celebration of Billy’s life is planned.
