Obituary of Alice Coffey Johnson

Alice Coffey Johnson, a 54 year resident of Connecticut, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2011 in Rowayton. Born on September 11, 1925 in Glen Cove, LI, NY, she was the daughter of the late Francis Lamb and C. James Coffey. She was 85. Alice worked for Charleson Publishing Co. in Darien for over 20 years.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Edward A. Johnson of Rowayton; six children, Thomas C. Johnson and Edward Michael Johnson both of Rowayton; Karen E. Johnson of Greenwich, CT; Elise Petrone of Franklin Park, NJ; Patricia Johnson Gould of Glastonbury, CT; and Anne Morton of Brookfield, CT and six grandchildren. She was predeceased by one sister and four brothers.
A private burial will be held at Spring Grove Cemetery in Darien. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
